Just bought nike shoes from Myntra.com
two days back and after receipt of product .
We observed that the quality and the size was an issue then we request to return the product.
Delivery guy came next day and stated that the “ quality check of your return failed as the brand tags for this item were missing”
You need to contact customer care .
So I contact customer care and they said wait for more 2 days and then will update you the status…
And then we waited for 2 days same statement we’re said to us your return has rejected.
This will go on and on and on…..
No status, no refund nothing at all .
Plz dont ’t go for Myntra any more .
I ordered Guess bag from Myntra, instead of that they delivered me a cheap local bag with Guess tag on it. When I reported they denied to take it back stating they have investigated everything and nothing was wrong ... they are now not ready to listen .. they re fooling people by selling wrong and fake products

I am also having a major issue with Myntra. The product I requested for return was picked up by the delivery agent after checking everything including the tags. Refund request was initiated & I received a text notifying me about it. After 2 days I receive an email saying that the product did not qualify quality check as the labels were missing which was shocking. When the delivery agent picked up after checking everything how was that possible? I wrote to Myntra and they again said the same thing and that the product will be re shipped within 48 hours. It’s one week now that they have neither re shipped the product nor have they given a refund. I called customer care and the guy asked me to download some app which looked fishy, he asked me to reorder the same product and also asked me to enter all my card details including the CVV. I became aware of something suspicious & I told him I can’t share these details even online when your other app is open (I felt he was recording and could see what I was doing), he told I will not get refund if I don’t reorder the product again which was unbelievable. I have never heard of anything like this earlier and normally refund goes to the source of payment. Entirely ridiculous experience and I told him to keep the product & the money but I can’t trust him to reorder the product and share my details!! This ought to be reported to cybercrime actually but I don’t have any proof because I also immediately deleted the app he asked me to download!
MYNTRA IS FRAUD!!
I ordered a pair of shoes worth 2000! The company delivered all together different pair of “used shoes” on December 4,2022. I immediately raised a concern on the customer care! The customer care repeatedly said the return is approved then one fine day on 11 December, the pickup guy came to pickup the shoes, and took that away. The company did not update the return status until 15December. I then raised the concern to customer care on 15 December. On 18 December Company emailed me that the shoes has not been picked up! On 19 December I went to Myntra pickup centre and caught hold of the pick up guy, who returned the duplicate shoes to me. I again raised the concern to Myntra customer support , who committed a response by December 24. On December 24, I got a call from escalation team stating the pickup cannot be done because the on ground team delivered the original shoes to you and hence the pickup cannot be done from our end! Look at the level of cheating and fake promises the company can get into. Please don't shop from Myntra! They are big time cheats and fraudsters.

I ordered joggers from myntra which were a bundle of 5. I received only one. The second I received the item, I raised missing item complaint and requested refund and to this day I have been waiting for a pick up from myntra but no effort to contact me has been made. When I call customer care they will me to wait and that they're sorry and they'll tend to this query on priority basis but it's nearing a month now and I'm still waiting for a pickup of the item which has been approved but no effort to pick up has been done. Customer care were really rude too and made no effort to provide me with sufficient information and kept saying to wait and have patience which tbh is quite frustrating since I've been waiting since 20 days.

In my case, these cheats are neither delivering the product nor giving the refund. Product pending to be delivered for 2 months and everytime they ask to wait for 48 hours. This is their new scam to cheat the customers
Myntra return rejected for this product. The package seal was broken, crumbled like a used napkin.

Yes Myntra deliberately scamming on refunds. when buying they give discount for a product & when you return the product, they deduct the discount amount additionally from the amount paid and refund only the balance. This is not right methodology of accounting. They knowingly do this & when asked about this, the customer care people say that if you return any product, then the amount will be deducted. Even if you escalate, they are giving the same response. If we stop buying then they will understand. Let's start the STOP BUYING FROM MYNTRA campaign
YES, MYNTRA IS RUNNING THIS SCAM! They will reject your order by saying it doesn't have a specific tag or it doesn't pass the "so called quality check" which is done by the so called "pick up riders" who know nothing about quality checks. This is totally being done so that they can reach profitability and show less returns. I experienced this 4 times, first 2 times I actually thought the items might not have passed the quality check and their could be something which would have happened from our side. I support the campaign STOP BUYING FROM MYNTRA. This has to come out
Last year I got a damaged shirt. when I raised the return request they cancelled it saying that they confirmed from investigation that shirt has no defects. The damage is manufacturing defect with stitching at shoulders which defenitely cannot be seen by a person without unfolding the shirt and stretching the shoulders, and they are claiming that they have done their investigation and found I did the damage to the shirt.
