Although it's a fact.
One common myth heard in childhood and somewhat followed is "A cat crossing your way is related to something bad can happen".
But now i absolutely don't believe in this.
Myth- Taking only alternative medicines will cure all your diseases
Fact- You will die if you only rely on alternative meds and don't see a doctor.

BTW sab myths aur facts batane me lage hain. Koi some religious or common superstitions bhi to batao. Jo bachpan me sune aur follow kiye ya ab follow karna band kar diye.

Myth: Ayurvedic/Homeopathic/Unani/Siddha drugs are natural and have no side-effects.
Fact: Plenty of side-effects exist. But unlike modern medicines where they are well known there's a distinct lack of efforts to document them. As to their actual efficacy the less said the better.
Even several unscrupulous modern medicine practitioners are prescribing such drugs for obvious monetary benefits and/or to curry favor with the ruling dispensation.
