You should have bought in previous sales. Redmi and LG 32 inches were available at very good price. Now no good offers, only card discounts. Wait for next big sale.

Many 32" TVs are HD ready(aka 720p) & not full HD(aka 1080p) & I don't suggest anyone to get any screen(led or amoled) in any device(tv, laptop, mobile, tab) with 720p resolution nowadays.

I will suggest the same get a 43" full hd tv as 32" don't come with full hd resolution.

This is my points on samsung 32inch hd smart tv
Pros
Every app runs at 1080p (software trick) so quality of video looks really good because of downscaling
Starts in 5 sec (tizen os)
2yr warranty default
For some weird reason mine one has more pixels than it's supposed to not sure about every model !
Cons
Has some cool feature which only works with samsung phone
Not good inbuilt speaker it's kinda ok
Not android so limited app support
No Bluetooth (come on samsung)
Pros
