What’s the best value for money in 10-13k range.
I don’t have any China non China obligation as I don’t have much choice.
I have reasonable expectations.

Samsung M21, Realme and redmi phones.
If your main usage is video consumption then definitely go for m21. Amoled truly makes Night and day difference
If you play a lot of games go with device with Snapdragon 7 series processor.
My opinion is realme 7 smartphone is better option (12500 including card discount)

Arey you ll not touch your phone n it will appear as if someone is touching your phone display. 🙂🙂🙂 Some problems with capacitance causes this.
