I have been using Brother DCP T300 since last two years. Daily consumption of paper is around 40 . Quite satisfied with the overall performance and the printing cost

If you are absolutely sure about not requiring color or scan even occasionally, then there’s no better option than a Laser.
I think for an office you do need WiFi..
Canon makes a different kind of printer which uses a Blank ink tank.. But it can also print in color if needed but uses a regular expensive cart.. But you dont need to use that function.. It also does auto duplex which is very convenient.. Although nothing will match print quality of laser and unless you are sending a lot of printout outside it dont make much difference..
