Need bank account suggestion

SBI services are deteriorating and it’s useless now. I am locked out of my account since last month because i forgot my password and i am not able to change it.
So, need suggestions for a good bank account (Not Neo bank) considering MAB, useful offers on debit card (don’t want useless debit card without reward points).

I can keep MAB of 20-50k or maybe more if there’s benefit in doing so.
debit card rewards like I have seen posts about HDFC giving 1% on CC bill payment.

Can’t you reset the password?
no, i am getting error after entering all details, contacted sbi on twitter, call center, email but no solution and i don’t want to visit branch.
If you hold a joint account in SBI (or any PSU bank), you can’t reset password online. You’d need to fill a form, get it signed by all account holders, deposit in branch and wait for activation code/ temporary password which is again valid for 8 or 24 hours only.
If there is an error, then also you’d need to visit branch – single or joint mode of holding. This is true for all banks not only PSU. Usually caused by Kyc documents.
Keep one PSU account active, even if it’s for namesake, as you’d need it at some point of your life to verify address /authorise loan/ change ID data etc.
