How to get rid of severe abdominal gas
Imagine you are on an elevator with about seven other individuals who you work with in a professional environment, but don’t know very well. Suddenly, you accidentally pass gas. It is blatantly obvious who the guilty party is, but you are trying to play it as if it was just the wind blowing or someone else is to blame. You have another 30 floors to wait out the stench. What do you say or do?

Take advice from ur doctor for permanent solution..
Blame on your senior most person when in elevator. So no one will object.
Insert big pipe in your anal canal. That way the opening remains open always. So no big explosions. Air moves freely. No tension.
Depends on diet you currently are, your habits, your movements, your genes etc etc.
Eat 3 time shit 2 time sleep 1 time worry no time🙌

Very difficult situation to be in Wether you farted or smelt the fart.
If you are already caught as the culprit you can pretend like nothing has happened….. Only other more dramatic yet effective way might be to pretend you ar getting heart attack or severe chest pain… And sit down on the elevator floor. They would be more concerned about your life and medical condition to get bothered about that fart.

Maybe you are wondering about a hypothetical situation, maybe even a working on a script ( in that case I want consultation fee )

1) Try to get the minimum required amount of sleep…
2) Take Rablet D antacid tablet 1x every day empty stomach before breakfast…It’s used to treat GERD (GastroIntestinal Reflux disease)…
3) Take 1x Pankreoflat Tablet when you are having your Meals (so total 2 tablets a day in lunch & dinner)…You can take this right after the meals also but best results you will get if you take the tabs when you are having your Lunch & dinner…
4) Drink lots of water everyday…As much as you can…
5) Last but not the least, STOP eating junk/spicy foods for sometime when you face these gas issues & if you have to eat outside foods, try to have South Indian foods like Dosas & others which generally have little to no spice in them…I personally do that too when I face the gas issue…
Also try to remove a little more stress/tension from your life if you have that & if you are maintaining an irregular lifestyle, try to go to bed early, wake up early, a little freehand exercises in home alongwith the medicines for 1-2 months & you should feel the difference…I’m no doctor but I face this issue quite frequently when I get very less sleep so try to get atleast 6 hours of continuous sleep at night…And these two medicines can be taken by anyone who are having gas problems all the time but you can still ask your doctor or your local pharmacy…Both of these two are very much renowned medicines for Bloating or Stomach Fullness which are the medical terms for this disease…

Adding to the previous comment, stop eating junk foods for sometime until you get recovered fully…I love Biryani, Fried Rice, Rolls, Mughlai & other spicy foods too & can’t stay away from them for longer but they do no good to our health/stomach…
So, when you face these gas issues & still feel like eating outside foods, try South Indian foods like Dosas & others which have low to no spice in them…
I personally also do that…When I face the gas issues, I stop eating Biryanis & continue having Dosas for sometime to give my stomach a temporary relief from the spices & junk foods…
