staying in rented place & there r huge mosquitoes. need cheap n best Mosquito Net/Mesh for wooden frame windows with iron grill. checked online n there are plastic, fiberglass & many more. also need solution on how to apply the net/mesh on the frame without damaging the wooden frame with oil paint of the window. should be removable as n when required. i think Velcro (Hook And Loop Fastener) with one tape stuck to wooden frame using adhesive n other part stitched to the net/mesh would be best. let me know ur thoughts/suggestions. tia.
also what kind of offline shops do they sell the above?

Velcro is your safe bet. It is cost effective too

Sbse accha bed me lagane wali mosquito net hogi…koi kharab si or new or used …usko lo pure window me cover kr doo small pin se , sbse sasta accha jihad 200 ki mosquito net pure windows ko cover kr degi😇
dont have (new/old) any kind of net/mesh. so neway have to buy.
Landlord ko pata nahi tum rajrocks ho?
y? will they not take rent?
if you are in rented place…..just go for Mosquito Net for your bed itself….you can use it in other place too
cant be in musquito net bed most of the time. so not feasible.
Velcro should be fitted on the window borders and then the mosquito net on it. That’s the cheapest and best option for you brother.
Using it on the Window is better than just the bed, You have the whole room covered from mosquitoes even while you are not in the bed.
Lifekraft products on Amazon. Using it. Very easy to install and remove
seems costly. better simple DIY will be reasonable.
windows per lagne ke bad bhi bach nahin paoge…
bed per lagao aur chain ki nind so jao
they bite in evening also.
Use this mosquito agarbatti.

Evening time half n hour door close rakho 6:30 around . At night use this machine in dark place to trap 80_90 % mosquitos…

does this kind of machines really work?
Mosquito net mein garami lagti hai. Window se bhi hawa kam ho jaayegi. Toh meri taraf se toh hamesha Comfort Agarbatti ka suggestion rahega.
Similar to above thread, which liquid is most effective
1. Mortein
2. Good Night Active+
3. Good Night Gold Plus
4. All out
5. Others?
Most repellants use similar base. Needless to say, they are harmful in the longer run.
I have proper netted window but still daily I dont know from where these bastards come in my room and suck my blood
I take every precaution but still they have some inter dimension portal or something for sure
Cheapest would be the Mosquito net.
1. You can buy Mosquito net and then cut it according to your needs
2. Fiber net _ ezpensive of all
3. Plastic net ( got for 15 single windows for around 1000-1200) been while so amount is not accurate
What’s budget?
How many windows?
Also would suggest to have both nets in windows and mosquito net in bed..
Safety is better..
I had recovered from dengue just before lock down last year.. Although i was taking all precautions had net in windows and Mosquito net too..
@rajrocks Luckily i saw this thread. Otherwise would have gotten missed. Because i don’t check notifications.
Anyways, i made a diy net for myself using something like this

Get a size bigger than your LxB. Custom sizes possible. These come attached to sticky tape (+ velcro acceptor) on 1 side and you need to sew velcro on other side.
My project took 3 days.
Between fiber glass, plastic, etc dont worry. Het anything. Only strength differs but obviously mosquitoes will not tear apart the weaker strength net. So get any.
Wooden frame paint might get peeled off when removing velcro part 1 because of strong adhesive.
i am planning to do it in a similar way not only for mosquitoes but for small insects as well that are generally found as my house is just beside an agriculture field (a lot of small insects fly around after the rains in which few of them are way too smelly to even touch).
question is, would a general mosquito net be useful for them or not?
@BlueFlash, @andromeda
I agree on you both
However, My Room gate has a little space between the door and the blocks in the wall (in the top) holding the door
How do I block this spaces for the mosquitos to not enter the room?
I’m not sure if I understood your situation correct.
My understanding is there is a gap between the door and the frame even after the door is closed?
If that is the case, you will need to get the door corrected (a very long shot) for correct aligning or you can any rubber material or card board or silicone gel on the frame.
