As far as i am aware, if you’re thinking of getting lights which matches with the colour on the screen then its going to be difficult to get in india and very expensive too. I have seen couple of videos by home automation experts long ago and even they couldn’t get anything that changes colours in real time.
I would suggest you to go with single color led strip
