I got this mail too. After replying from office mail, my application approved in 4 hrs
koi nahi puchta for official email id
i have SBI/amex and others nobody is so dubstruch CH* on official email like ICICI, isi point pe strucked rehte hai , itna jaruri hai to likh hi de ki bina official id ke nahi milegi
ask amazon they will say pl. tal kto icici about credit card
as ICICI bank branch they will bang you with lots of offer for unwanted investing as a precodnition for approving
i altogether gave it up and SBI simplyclick with yono will give more point on amazon shopping including gift voucher anyway (5%+2.5%=7.5% return)
amazon jeff was fool to trust ICICI ,sud had gone to partener sbi or amex

Recently i filled the application for amazon pay icici back credit card and after filling all the details, before choosing the date of KYC appointment, a page shows up displaying the documents required at the time of KYC verification and salary slip or bank statement was not mentioned in that list of documents. Even the email which i received afterwards had the following message:- “The list of accepted KYC documents is as follows:
1.Aadhaar Card
2.Driving License
3.Voter’s ID Card
4.Passport”
Salary slip of bank statement was not mentioned. So Will they be asking for salary slip or bank statement at the time of KYC verification Or NOT???
Please Do Reply if Someone have any idea…
I replied from a personal email and application got declined
shoot mail to anyone and everyone in ICICI who reads email .. its wild goose chase as your application got rejected anyway it wud be still better then to wait for 180 days
Anybody non icici bank customer and non icici card holder got this apay got approved? Especially on re-apply or 2nd try?

I had received the same mail. But I forgot to reply to it, yet my card was approved with credit limit > my monthly salary.
I also applied for the card a week back. I dont have office mail id. If I receive that email, should I ignore it too? Also how much time did it take for your card to get approved after status changed to application under process? @acntforyt765
