My CA used to file my ITR and apparently, he has goofed up, I have received a demand, can someone help, please DM

You could have taken the clarity from the same CA, whether is is due to routine (random) scrutiny (https://itgoawbunit.org/pdf/91607-compulsory-scrutiny-selection.pdf) or an actual error, mistake from your side.
There aee people here too, who might be proficient at tax returns,
but you are again going down a rabbit-hole.
ICICI, Skorydov, Cleartax type companies that do e-filing and numerous other things
would also be able to help in retifications.
I mean I am not discouraging against approaching members here. I myself and half my clan are into file self or other's tax returns,
but after having trusted an accountant, then doubting them, you are looking forward to start a new loop.
I am not promoting ICICI, Skorydov, Cleartax either. It was just 'by the way'.

checked with one CA offline and paid all the amount for which got the demand.

I have received a demand twice despite filing correct taxes, both times they have quashed the demand. Your CA may not be at fault, pls check with him if he has really goofed up.
PS: I file my own taxes, if any assistance is required I have two dimer friends whose brothers are CAs and they help me pro bono 😄
