Is there any online sites I can look at?
OLX is full of scammers and dealers. I’m looking for Activa or Jupiter.
What would be the price I should look for a model within the last 3 years?
A guy I know sold his 2017 top end Activa for 25k to the showroom dealer last month. If I knew this before, I would have bought it from him only.

I know him personally. He wanted to sell it off quickly and he sold it to showroom person whom he always goes to for maintenance.
Money is not a concern for him.
OLX always has given me the best quote and you very well have the option to check the vehicle on your own and decide accordingly.
If you have ready cash with you then you should get the best deal online

One of the more reliable options to buy is to get listings from internal forums of big companies like Wipro/Infy… Find a friend who works there n see if he/she can find something interesting.
I got from a friend itself.
He was looking for a home for his old scooty pep and gave it to me for free with servicing done. I’m good with that. I only need it for bringing groceries from nearby stores.
