Need help: Federal bank Calesta cc

On the cc details page it shows "lifetime free credit card! no membership and joining fee! Limited time offer w.e.f 3rd April 2023*", so if I apply then will I get a lifetime credit card? If anyone has the same cc please share your experience.

This says no joining/annual or min. spend criteria required for customers on boarded after 3rd april,2023.
