A friend of mine paid through UPI for a hotel on Agoda , the issue is that he paid him directly and not through Agoda. Upon reaching the place there was no hotel and the number was not reachable. This happened approx 2 months back, so is there any way to file a chargeback for this issue with the bank or any other dispute addressal?
This agoda service is totally pathetic.no customer support at all.
If someone booked hotel then they put all the customer related issues to hotel only. Even we can not cancelled the booking unless hotel does not cancelled the booking. I have latest experience with agoda 10 days ago.
Please be careful while booking with agoda

Paji if u check any hotel on websites like this it will cost more because these apps take their cut.use these apps to find a hotel then google the same and contact them and negotiate.op yahi maar kha geya.ajkal yeh log jaali photos upload kar dete ha yeh scam bda purana ha
