Never faced such issue before. Could be payment or stock related
But i dunno why the seller rating (Product Quality*) is this bad (Even though the seller looks like official/affiliate one)

Hi Guys,
Need your help. I ordered a Samsung LED worth 75k around 1pm today. When I checked the order after 1 hour it shows “Your order is put on hold”. I contacted Flipkart customer care and they say that the order is on hold from the seller’s end and asked to wait 24 hours for the confirmation. He said the payment is showing success in their system.
Seller: IWQNBecommerce
Did anyone face this issue earlier? How do I get it resolved? Will it be auto-confirmed in 24 hours?

Customer care said that the payment is successful. While browsing I came across this post – https://www.desidime.com/discussions/pan-mandat...
This is my 2nd order after 1 April, total of both orders will be approx 1.1L which is less than 3L quota. I updated my PAN card information if in case that will fix this issue

@RowdyAK47 Not to worry, this will get processed soon. The seller IWQNBecommerce is a big/reputed seller on FK. Should go through soon.
When’s the delivery date for your product?

No official link or this PAN t&c. I thought to upload PAN to get the order fix if that was the reason

As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2 00 000.00, the Customer will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Customer shall stand cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Customer and the name on the PAN Card.

same goes for amazon etc.?
kukdookoo wrote:same goes for amazon etc.?
I think so as I remember seeing something similar but can’t find it now on amazon. On digital gold though there is a limit of Rs. 5 lakh total purchase within a year even with pan card submitted on amazon so should be same limit there too for typical shopping orders(aka 2 lakh).

This neither applies to the 2016 thread nor this one. It is a per transaction limit/requirement for purchase of goods & services (Online + Offline) and its a very old one (Something no one really cared or aware that it exists) @kukdookoo @RowdyAK47
In a bid tocurtail domestic black money flow, the finance ministry on Tuesday announced mandatory furnishing of permanent account number (PAN) for all transactions above Rs 2 lakh through all payment modes with effect from January 1, 2016. This is a relaxation from an proposal to make PAN mandatory for sale and purchase of items above Rs 1 lakh
From Jan 1, PAN mandatory for transactions above Rs 2 lakh
Retagging all @homedimer @bat_man @prem4998

so why was order released from hold after pan was uploaded by op?
kukdookoo wrote:so why was order released from hold after pan was uploaded by op?
I don’t think PAN was the issue. Bcoz the PAN status still shows pending and the order is confirmed. I think it’s a normal procedure when they put some high value orders on hold while they verify the payment details.
kukdookoo wrote:so why was order released from hold after pan was uploaded by op?
Issue could be something else. He can try ordering some grocery/ small value item and see if the order gets processed (Easiest way to confirm if this issue is related to account or that particular order)
Seems to me that FK included that tnc just to comply with local rules (but never implemented it.. even for a single transaction*) and i’ve crossed 5L+ spends/year on both amazon & flipkart multiple times since 2016
RowdyAK47 wrote:They did not ask anything. Still I uploaded PAN seeing some online complaints. PAN upload status is still pending but the order is confirmed now. So the hold was not related to PAN. Will try to remove it once the order is delivered
remove it. dont give that detail to fk, though it might never be fully removed now
I am receiving the same problem i am buying a 1lakh laptop and its still showing " your order is pending" its been 20 hours what should i do .

Your order get confirmed or not?
captainamerica504504401 wrote:Your order get confirmed or not?
Yeah got confirmation yesterday
In 75k you can get OLED, if you choose the tv which is on the display of croma or reliance digital. 75k is actually 1lacs 8k on amazon/Flipkart. Personally tested in Noida.

Order got confirmed just a few minutes ago. Thanks for everyone for your valuable inputs 😃
