Hey guys today i am here giving you my review on my electrolux fridge purchase & hardship faced by me and need suggestion for future course

Purchased a electrolux fridge triple door on September 22 it works for one month fine but within a month its stopped cooling so i contacted electrolux customer care the service person visited & told its pcb circuit has to be replaced he said it gets replaced within a week so i waited but no response i keep calling them same response part not available again and again after threatning them for a month it was replaced , it takes more then a month to replace the pcb & they asked me to install stabliser before they said it was not needed so i installed the stabliser & they replaced pcb fridge start working properly again

Fast forward 7 months same problem arises the display keep fluctuating & again same cooling problem & its warranty is expiring within 15 days maybe they will repair it again this time but if it happens again after warranty is over then what are my options as i am sure it was defective unit

I want to file a complain against electrolux in consumer forum please suggest me the steps i dont want this unit i want replacement

Since you have used product for nearly a year, you can’t get replacement. Consumer is not the king smiling_imp that’s the law in India. Only option is get the refrigerator repaired in warranty. If fails afterwards try to get it repaired from local repairman, if still doesn’t work you are left with a dead product. Try filing a consumer Court complaint if you have time. Also send your review to friends and forums to warn others.
I had bought whirlpool front load washing machine couple of years back, it was my worst purchase It failed 5 – 6 times within 3 years, finally I stopped repairing it smiling_imp

Was it necessary to mention brought from Flipkart ?
Any way if your pcb is damaging there must be some problem in the board /plug.we had a tv it had same problem.atlast the company replaced the tv with a new model.but after few months same happend.so we changed the boards/switches now the tv is running fine .
Get a extended warranty from jeves asap …using electronic goods without extended warranty is high risk.

Sansui.offline purchased .first they exchanged with 2 TVs but the same thing again happened.so they thought this model has some problem so replaced with different model.

yes it was necessary because purchasing large appliances from flipkart or amazon is risk as they show huge discount & sold defective product or do the stock clearance

in market no one keep this model because of the service issue so in my opinion always purcase either a very well known brand & its model from flipkart

Brands which has substandard service or which are not selling they sold at low price showing high discount

According to service enginner pcb was damaged due to voltage fluctuation & he said they will not install it without the stabliser so i have purchased a stabliser after that they installed still the same problem arises

Why you fallen under the trap of discounts? Seller ll apply all the marketing tricks to sell the products.its Thier job.
Electrolux should be responsible for this not Flipkart.electrolux sold you defective product.

Seller was ws retail which is fliphart they have imported from thailand sold by them

You can’t get a replacement at this stage but only repair. But if they are not able to fix your issue then you can ask for a replacement or refund. But you will have to prove that the fridge is not repairable.

If you warranty is about to expire then first thing you need to do is, register your complain at Electrolux ASAP and let them fix your problem. If they fix it then it’s good. If they do not then keep asking them and finally register a complaint at consumer court. But keep all the communication logs, service center visit tickets and service person tickets in safe to prove your case.

You have no rights to defend Flipkart here. As You bought from offline.
Are you out of mind, saying he gave to blame Electrolux and not Flipkart ???
These wsretail, cloudtail, appario retail, all are these websites trusted sellers, they buy from companies and sell ….
If they have any non working fittingly products, those also they will sell…. And will ask customer to deal with company, of there is any warranty……
So the fault is with sellers which Flipkart/Amazon liable…..
My Micromax TV from Flipkart stopped working, after 5 months only Micromax team found a spare part, saying online models spare parts are rare.
My headset from Amazon stopped working, contacted brand company, gave new one, which works fine. All because reported within warranty period.

Bro, yours is still in warranty. So claim, by calling and registering complaint within end date.
So they do take it into warranty period even if they take time to repair.

Ok guys here is the update service person came & checked the fridge pcb burnt again even after installing the stabliser & he dont give the time frame in how many days it will get repaired
See many persons gets a defective items but company repairs within a certain timeline most probably within two three days having a good experience with LG but you know fridge is an essential electronic equipment you can easily live without tv but not the same case with fridge my all vegetables got rotten in one night ice cream bricks .choclate paneer milk everything
Last time they repaired my fridge after a month you know the inconvenience faced by me if they repair within 2 or 3 days i have no problem but a month it is unacceptable the service engineer told they have to import the part & didnt give me the timeframe

See my two months gets wasted so effectively i got the warranty only for 10 months & the inconvenience faced by me extra

So if this time they told me they need more then a month to repair my fridge i will surely file a consumer complaint aginst if possible someone guide me how to file consumer complaint & what are the steps

I came to know that now electrolux has no presence in india their service are done by videocon & guys please check the flipkart reviews same problem faced by some consumer so this means item is defective

And one more thing flipkart is equally responsible one instance i have remembered i have purchased an altec speaker in very good discount and they mentioned one year warranty within 6 or 7 months it developed a problem i tried to call on the service number mentioned on box but no one picking it up so i called flipkart they give me the number of altec cc when i called them some other company executive picked up the phone & told me they have leave so i think they got the idea companies are leaving so they sold out their products at good discount mentioning one year warranty but if it got damaged or stopped working within 6 months they told this is not their responsibility happened with le eco they should have mentioned no warranty atleast
