created account in 2012
didnt used from 2013
now getting error
when i m trying to pay with paypal below error is coming
we aren’t able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time, please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method

yes..looks to be you are the one who looted PayPal in 2012.. same here.. Just contact cc they will provide you resolution as at that time PayPal was not valid in India
