Hi,
I want to know can i avail the paypal offer in multiple account with the same debit card?
And do i need to do any KYC in paypal for such offers.

I could not confirm virtual visa cards (pazapp/payapt) in paypal account.

They dont work. Dont do transaction using them ur money will stuck. Mobidick can be used and kotak 811
