Need Help in Paypal Business account

I have paypal business account but it Showing error while withdrawing paypal balance ’’Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." also i have one more issue , while accepting payment in USD , it shows “We’re sorry. This seller doesn’t accept payments in your currency. Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay.”i have already setup to accept payments in USD
If anyone using this ,plz help me

i have already updated all details and all shows verified, paypal customer care never replies
