Hello, My friend use dhani credit of rs 940 and 650 two year ago. But he didnt pay any rupees now total overdue and charges are for 940rs 3067.58 and for 650rs 2542. Is there any way to settle it. Or shuld6he pay all amount due now

Yes they can waive of the charges..but they will report it as SETTLED Account..
In the last 1 year they would have reported multiple late payments to CIBIL..They already did lot of damage to his credit profile.. That too for 2000rs.
My advice is to Pay off whatever the amount it’s showing..It’s not worth to have a SETTLED remark on credit profile..
