need help- lazypay wallet
I have done a txn on Apr 1st using lazypay UPI for ₹5000 and ₹4000 both were failed..₹5000 has been refunded to lazypay wallet on 04-04-21..₹4000 also shows as refunded on 04-04-21 in transaction statement but available credit limit hasn’t changed..₹4000 still showing as outstanding.. sent so many mails.. All the reply were automated .. Contacted them in Twitter.. No response from them.. What next? Where to complaint?Any experience? @guest_999 @ManojSingla

Not sure how lazypay works with upi while acting like a credit card(there any refund don’t count towards generated statement bill due amount if refund came after statement generation but current outstanding limit does reflect the refund), @abhishek012 should know more.

₹5000 refunded to wallet.. That’s reflected in wallet..₹5000 reduced from outstanding balance also.. Another refund of ₹4000 not reflected in wallet.. Customer support is pathetic.. m not gonna pay until they clear it.. But they may gonna ruin my CIBIL.. never interested in any pay later service.. But Thier UPI option and repay through credit card made me fall into this trap.. Now I regret.

Very very worst.. Even MobiKwik support through Twitter used to be good.. they r not responding like to wait for few days r working on the issue … No reply .

Pay the amount for now if u don’t wanna ruin your cibil.
You can later cash out the excess amount by scanning your own bharatpe QR code.
