Earlier myntra used to send otp for redeeming Myntra credits(gift card) on both mobile number and email id. But now they have stopped sending otp on email id. My mobile number linked with myntra account is not in service now.
I have INR 7500+ myntra credits(GIFT CARD) stuck in my account.
I tried raising this issue with myntra support team and after 2 months of follow up. They have now deactivated my myntra account citing violation of fair use policy.
They are now refusing to transfer my myntra credits.
When i raised the issue with consumerhelpline, Myntra replied "Please contact the source Gift card number xxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Please suggest me what can be done to recover my money
