Need help on credit card application

Hello fellow Dimers, i need help regarding the following credit card applications :-

Flipkart Axis bank credit card:
Filed application on 27.09.2021, VKYC done on same date, person during the VKYC said an agent will come to pickup your documents. In Flipkart My Account section, Flipkart Axis Bank credit Card shows " Application in Progress", when i open it, it says “our executive will contact you to schedule a pickup”.

HDFC Millennia Credit card:
Filed application on 22.09.2021 , received no communication whatsoever neither via text nor mail till now. When i track my status using this link, https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webform... , it shows as “Your application is INPROCESS” .

BOB Select Credit Card:
Filed application on 22.09.2021, VKYC was done on 27.09.2021, have not received any communication from them after that. When i track here https://www.bobfinancial.com/track-application-..., the status shows as "Dear Sir/Madam , your credit card application with reference number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is under process. We look forward to having you as our valued customer.

Cibil score is 769, Experian score is 838. Already hold ICICI Coral and SBI Simplyclick.

Anyway to fast forward my application? don’t want to be stuck in the limbo for long.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Same issue with HDFC for me , after application no communication was done , no sms or email even confirming the application. Status says IN PROCESS. Don’t know what to do been quite a few days now. I don’t see any hard enquiry on cibil either.

Flipkart showing 3.50 annual income ITR required for self employed So I filed 3.5 Lakh ITR but agent want 3.60 lakh annual income ITR….I have Amazon ICICI credit card with limit of 1.30 lakh & available limit 122000 but He idiot checked cash withdrawal limit 13,000 & mentioned that you used 90%….What should I do?

You can revise your ITR, showing 3.6L annual income and then give it

axis nodal office is also gud at resolving issues

I strongly recommend you to drop an email to priority redressal team with application number and say there’s no update from bank end.. I have raised multiple complains with them and they have resolved most of them within a week

as per my experience, no one will contact you for collection of the documents. the application will remain in pending state.

I received the same email multiple times after complaint but these were of no use, no action were taken.

File complaint with RBI at https://cms.rbi.org.in/rbi/VividFlow/run/rbi#Rb... along with all the necessary details. provided the bank was unable to resolve your issue within a month on the basis of your written complaint.

They processed my application within a week, collected all documents, call verification done, now application at final stage of decision.

I should wait for few days before taking such drastic measures as it has been only 22 days since i filed the application. Let 1 week pass by then i shall mail to grievance. KG to you for help.

I am in the same boat. Over a month since application and grievance redressal gave the same promise a day before. I had written to them to cancel my application. So if someone calls me, I am going to seek cancellation!

Missing
