i send money to my friend thorough upi from my side transaction is successful but they didn’t receive my money please help also 1 day complete

i also faced problem 3 days back – amazon UPI money deducted from bank but did not credit to other account – still pending 
Wait for 3 bank working days (dnt count sunday and bank holidays)
Still not got anyone help me please

Did you got any UPI transaction I’d?
10th Aug, 11th Aug, 12th Aug & today 15th Aug bank holidays.
refund credit within 3 bank working days (dnt count bank holidays).
Contact customer care..
Also ask the friend to chk the registered bank{in case of multiple banks link to same upi)
