Need Help regarding fastag recharge done on Airtel App

I have initiated a recharge of 1000 rs for my paytm fastag from my airtel app..payment deducted and got message that recharge is in progress but till date i have neither received recharge nor any refund… registered a complaint on twitter and got a call from them..but they said they can not refund money nor they can initiate recharge because my airtel payment bank account is doormat..what should i do to get my money back.

Nothing can be done..The shit thing in Airtel is,they allow money tooaf eventhough debit not allowed for that account (dormant).

2 options:

i) if you have entered the kyc details correctly,send the I’d of the same through mail ,do that they,’ll activate the account.

ii) if kyc details not matches,you need to close the account and the amount will get transferred back to source account.(may take 7-30 days) and follow up required.

Sometimes payment got stuck on payment gateways and money got debited but this will consider as failed transaction and your money will always credited to the original payment source in 3-4 working days. This is happening with Airtel in most of the cases.
