NEED Help (regarding germam embassy)

Hi everyone, today I resort to the dd community since i dont have any idea what to do and see no way forward, it is in desperation that i write this msg,

Let me explain,
I want to pursue my masters from Germany and there's a certificate called APS CERTIFICATE(which is under the academic evaluation center), which you are supposed to get in 4 weeks but many people aren't getting in even 6 months, my deadline is very near and they are not replying to me ,my indian uni, german uni, in their office they dont reply to query as well

Now as fellow dd member , i request you to pls me know if you have any contact in german embassy new delhi who might help

Even if you don't have any contact pls tag the people who might have any kind of lead

The contact doesn't have to be very high profile

Pls help me , party on me if i get in this month

Hey I know about this issue but I was lucky not to need APS (probably cause I did my engg. from NIT)

So can't help as I have no experience dealing with this issue. There's a toll free number for Delhi Embassy which they don't usually answer but you can find it on the internet and still try

From 2022 winter intake, its mandatory even for iit students
