Need Help regarding Mutual Fund (Half Resolved, Half Left)

I booked 2 mutual funds recently after consulting with my financial advisor. While booking, my KYC was under process. I booked one mf for 30K with UTI and another mf for 15K with SBI. Accordingly, the amount got deducted 10 days and 7 days ago respectively. But, now when I check the accounts, both of them shows no transaction occured, although amount was deducted from by bank acc. I checked for my KYC again, and found out it was rejected one day before the deduction.

Now, ICICI is doing the KYC on my behalf. And it is showing under process from yesterday.

I have raised a complaint with SBI and UTI. When I called them they asked me to send the bank statements showing the deductions to their respective official email ids.

My query to the expert dimers: Do I need to take any other step?

I already called their customer care numbers. And they all said to send the account statement to the official mail ids.

UPDATE: KYC is registered today through CAMS KRA.

Update:

Received mail from UTI that since my KYC was not done at that time, so the money will get refunded in the bank account. But now when I checked the UTI app, I found that 29998.5 has been added. So UTI problem is solved.

Received mail from SBI as well. They said the same thing that the money will be refunded back. Lets see how long it takes.

Yes. Invested directly from UTI and SBI MF sites bro.

Thanks bro. Actually I mailed UTI 5 days back. They didnt reply. So I called them again. The agent said the same thing to mail. So I mailed again today to UTI. Lets see what they replies.
