Need help regarding oxigen wallet

help friends…… today when I try to log in my oxigen wallet account then, some error message was shown that " could not connect to the server please try again" but after that when I retry to log in my account was locked up. I don’t know why it’s done but it’s happened. please suggest me how to get back my account or how to unlock my account.
