Mount the camera on Tripod and make a video. If everything is fine, at the end you will have unboxing video for U-Tube

Always do that, it may seem funny to you, to your neighbors and delivery person too, but it is the only solution to avoid later headaches

The same thing happen with i placed order vu tv 43 inch when i check the tv the screen is completly damage and now they are telling why you open the box wr can not exchange do what you want to do please suggest me now what i do.

Friends dont ever trust tata cliq is fraud seller i bought a tv and after delivery i check my tv is totally damage when i complain they say we didnt do any thing its your fault i told them seller send me a damage product but all the time representatives calling and asking same think in details after they take a time and 2/3 days they saying same we cant return seller has confirme he shipped good product but no one comeing for justifying the tv tata cliq is a selling damage product he helping seller to clear the damages stock and earning high commission please dont buy tata cliq

Worst return policy in TataCLiQ , received damaged head phone , looks like used one . When I requested for return , they keep on asking the photos , but they could not open , ridiculous.

Guys, Its true, Dont Buy any costly stuff particularly Electronics item from TATA cliq. I have bought myself a Sennheiser true wireless Earpod from TATAcliq. The earpods are dead on arrival. I registered a return request after 2 hr only of receipt only. However, there was a call from Tata cliq that as per policy I have to provide them the JOBsheet and I have to approach the Brand for examining and then with that document they will initiate the return process.

This is highly ridiculous. Now I am going through this ordeal, people should think twice buying from Tata Cliq, Flipkart and Amazon are much better.

Ordered TWS earbuds and they were defective so initiated return. Turns out the serial number on the buds delivered is different from what was mentioned on the bill. Now they are refusing the return 🤬

Don't buy anything expensive from TATA Cliq. I had purchased a headphone last year which couldn't be delivered. I got a call from TATA Cliq after 22 days that it was not "meeting their product quality standard" so they wouldn't be able to deliver it. I confirmed with the lady in the call that I will get entire refund and she confirmed. But they only refunded the part which I paid from the credit card and pocketed 500 which was paid via Gift card.

After complaint they said they won't be able to refund it as the "Gift Card would have expired". This was the worst online buying experience I have till now. I have stopped shopping from these cheaters after that.

That is simply any internal problem of their systems not being seamlessly interconnected.

Beats me how one can let of their genuine funds for such lame reasons. 

In the past, Flipkart people had themselves suggested a token gesture of some apology amount

over and above the long pending refund to GC.

Their refunds processing too is totally disconnected.

If someone used a GC, whose expiry date lapsed soon after

then Flipkart had no way (and may be still does not have any way) for the subsequent refunds credit to automatically be added to the GC wallet balance.

Even the CSD blindly says, the refund is ‘completed’.

But cannot show any credit of GC in the account.

At-least Flipkart aren’t as ba⁎tardy as this

Their teams escalate the issue, and then the subsequent teams (once the picture is clear) do acknowledge that there are pending dues to the customer.

Either via some manual approval process or other technical way

the refund amount due into the GC wallet is added to it.

Checked prices, came across offers and coupons but never bought anything yet from them…

As per their TnC CliqCash/GC can’t be refunded for cancelled orders. But they don’t refund it even if the order is cancelled/not delivered because of their fault. 
Although I got refund in a similar case after tweeting to them. While Customer care did not help at all.
