Recieved below message from dhanipay:

Dear Customer, Dhanipay wallet account quarterly fee will be charged on 31 Jan 21, Do 1 wallet load or spend txn to get full waiver as per revised T&Cs

I am not able to find any tnc for this. Please let me know the min amount To spend or to add to make this active.?
