Need help with flipkart order

I had placed order for Swiggy Digital Gift card from flipkart on 12th March.. Seller is Advantage Club (took advantage of my money)
The order hasn’t been delivered till today. I have contacted flipkart team via chat, phone and twitter and all they’re giving me is assurance and excuses that they’re working on it and will be resolved shortly.

Kindly let me know if there’s an easy way out to get my money back since I don’t see a cancellation option in my orders. Also can I file for a penalty on flipkart for such issues or just keep waiting and praying that they refund my money back by end of 2022.

It took 2 months for me to get money back. Ordered same, they marked delivered after few days w/o delivery. Chased cc. then gv got delivered in email but w/o pin and expired. so again chased cc. They asked bank details 3 times for refund but finally after 2 months got money in bank account. avoid Advantage club. best of luck

Contrary to this, some previous orders from same seller were processed immediately. No option other than following up continuously with flipkart cc.

@bohemian finally received the gift card today.
Had to do multiple follow ups with flipkart’s twitter team. Yesterday they asked my bank details so that the seller can provide me refund but instead he released the swiggy voucher today.
