One guy in my village had a surgery for piles. He described it as the best experience he had regarding healthcare services. They sent a cab to pickup and drop also from the city that was 70 kms. away where the surgery was performed. The doctors were highly qualified and wonderful. They guided properly and selected the best technique and stapler for piles treatment. Total treatment was cashless covered by Care insurance company. Only 500-600 rupees medicines post discharge were bought by the guy. That also would have been covered if asked but he didn’t want to do file work for 500-600 rupees. Post recovery and follow up consultation experience was also good.

Always go through Twitter for cases like these https://twitter.com/search?q=%40pristyncare&...
Mostly they are using 3rd party doctors and clinics to do your operation, now it totally depends on the person operating it. Honestly, I'll just go with the director doctor or hospital in most cases. Most of the twitter posts are not answered for days, there are multiple reviews that are 1* on the play store. Even the Google Map reviews are filled with complaints and all 5* star reviews have multiple Prestyn Care review or just one review.

Any experience of Fistula Surgery in Pristyn Care? I am afraid due to bad reviews. Also my father insurance will not be covered as it is his third year ..

I am tagging some health professionals (licensed ones) of dd

There ll be post-op pain. There is nothing called painless surgery. In my limited knowledge if they ll incorporate setons then they ll perform the surgery only after the abscess has been drained.

There is nothing painless.
The pain in even the traditional surgery is quite manageable but yes laser surgery has it's advantages.
Best option is to search for a good experienced surgeon & then get operated by him/her.
No idea abt prystine but if it's an aggregator kind of thing, you may check if your selected surgeon has tie up with them, if there's any benefit in that.
Medical colleges usually have good surgeons & lower charges...you can try that.

But from the comments above, it looks like a lottery. One could be allotted a great doctor, or the worst facility. Does not look like a good option to me personally. Better to just go with the best known doctors+facility accessible to the OP.
Just find a good proctologist in your city through Google and look at the reviews and consult. Laser surgery will have relatively less pain but totally painless is not possible imo. Also one guy from my village had good experience with Pristyn. So it depends on which surgeon has tie up and all.

Bhai. If you can get a slot in AIIMs it ll be cheaper for you. AIIMs is the apex health institution for India. I ll vouch for the doctors and staff. Govt hospitals are very competent. Yes, financially weaker section prefer govt hospital more. They don't come with bells n whistles. You ll find a lot of bad things around. But they ll get the job done. 🙂 And they charge a very very nominal fee. The doctors are well paid and extremely competent. Bad apples are everywhere.
For example in Pristyne they ll just demand an operation for every thing. I will personally admit one thing. I have some sort of abscess in ano. I am going to Apollo doc charges me 600/visit. He said I think too much, I do too much research. If you know me n have read my posts you know that I put a lot of efforts in different fields of life. So, the doc said I had some psycho somatic issues, hypochondriac, and he ll refer me to a psychiatrist if I go to him with same issue. I went him 2 days after that issue, yesterday only. He said he can feel pus forming in submucosal layer n advised me to do an MRI, which is scheduled for today. I went to prystine yesterday. The doc says he ll drain the abscess and do a LIS surgery by laser for my fissure. 😔 I asked the Prystine guy for the payment structure, he said total cost will be 37k. I said, bhai I just want my abscess to be drained. He is saying draining/draining cum LIS Pristyne ll charge me/my insurance 37k.
It's a Paisa fek tamasha dekh game. I have full respect for the med professionals in the world. But yes in private hospitals for expenditure of money sky is the only limit.
. There are a lot of misconceptions regarding laser Surgery, e g. it's painless n stuff. Reality is every surgery is painful. They usually administer anaesthesia to the spine to numb entire lower part of the body. Even with laser the surgery ll remove tissues n the post op wound has to be dressed properly. So, please watch some youtube videos regarding the same. It might go against forum regulations if I post em here. 🙂🙂🙂
