Need help with recalling a series/film name

I keep getting memories of an unfinished series/films but don't recollect which one.
Through this post, I am asking for help from Dosts and Dimers.
Some points I remember:
-- Could be on Netflix
-- There's a Muslim leader
-- He has a non Muslim gurga who soon becomes right hand of the leader
-- Previous right hands get jealous of him
-- Gurga is in jail and the leader visits him periodically.
-- SP (or DGP) gets this leader killed near a sand factory by setting up him
