Whats the best way to get a upgrade on my hdfc moneyback cc
My limit is 48k only
Will the upgrade if I send the application (form from their website)
And if yes which card will they upgrade from moneyback so I can apply for that one
any other suggestions are most welcome

any idea which card should I apply for which will have maximum chance of upgradation from current moneyback
Keep spending regularly, you should get an upgrade, it takes time, took me around 5 years
Platinum – > Money back→ All Miles – > Regalia
And limit increased to 30 times from the 1st limit assigned to me
I am regularly spending from about 14 months(my card age)
still not getting any upgrade 
My regalia first limit is 3lakh.
Any better upgrade!
Go for regalia & then to Dcb (4lacs min)
My card has not been upgraded but limit has been increased from 80k to 2Lac and now to 10Lacs.
No option to upgrade as well. Should I call them?
Edit: Which is the best card for paying Electricity Bills as am paying 2+ Lacs every month and received CashBack of only 7.5k with my HDFC card.

hdfc was not offering me limit enhancement also via netbanking so last week I went ahead and sent my application to their chennai office
and my limit got increased from 25k to 48k
now I want card upgrade also

From my experience, we should never request them for credit limit or card upgrade. It won’t be fruitful. Once in a while they will offer card upgrade and limit increase. That time you will get good offer.

I received a mail regarding offer to free upgrade of my existing life time free regalia first card to regalia card without any extra cost….when I logged in to my credit card account, it says 2500 charges applicable..so I contacted customer care…they said after upgrade to regalia, it would be free for first year…after that it would be chargeable…it could be life time free if I register for smart pay within 90 days…..I told them regalia first was free because payzapp activation and asked them to make regalia also life time free because I am a regular user of payzapp…..they reiterated the same thing…
So I want to know whether I should upgrade to regalia. If yes then how to make it life time free….
Note-Currently I have good cards like Amazon ICICI, Flipkart axis
I also had regalia first with lifetime free and i just applied for upgradation to regalia the said the same thing that it’s free for first year and than its chargeable. I registered my Tata sky in smartpay for rupees 100 a month let’s see what happens

I have mailed them again saying that I want the upgraded regalia only to be Life Time free….also said it will make me to use Hdfc card more and more which I couldn’t do due to low reward benefits of regalia first card…

i was denied card upgrade to dcb or other cards from moneyback at everybranch as my salary was in usd and was about to open an fd to get it and now one guy in a branch says you are eligible and he is so sure of it.I even asked him back 4-5 times and he has assured me of getting dcb. I submitted my company letter mentioning my salary and he was like “u will receive the card in a week”, and did not even talk about approval/rejection . So now my plan for an FD is on hold , donno if he is delaying/ expediting my application for the card

I mean what should I tell the company to write? Salary is xx USD or in INR terms?

What’s the procedure for SBI cards? Having simply click since 1.5 years with a limit of 48k. Applied twice for limit increase but they rejected saying that there’s no offers for me. My spends are average 10-15 k per month. TIA
I m holding SBI air India card from 7 yrs with same limit…nvr received any offer to enhance limit…. I have another SBI Etihad card which is less than an year , and received limit enhancement offer two days back…!

now what to do? they are saying that regalia will be free for only first year…and i want it to be LTF only…
go with the smartpay option
when you will fill the application on the right side you will see there is a option for life time free select that
after you are approved for the card apply for smartpay within 90 days and let it be there for 90 days
after that you can close the smartpay and your card will be life time free
my hdfc cc limit got a limit enhancement offer today and they matched the limit offered on my sbi card 
so if anyone have any cc with high limit on other card
send a letter to hdfc and also attach other card statement, they might increase the limit on hdfc as they did for me

i am holding dinners premium card from past 3 years. I have offer for upgrade to clubmiles in my netbanking login but i want Diners black.I already sent form to chennai for that but they simply declined my request saying ’"you have to send ITR ".But i dont have such high profile ITR and never ever submitted the same even at the time of applying the card.I have also saving ac with them.
Pls Guide me for getting diners Black in any condition.

if you dont have a pre approved offer for diners black and also dont have the required itr you will not be approved from chennai
you should only concentrate on increasing the limit of you card and upgrading when you have chance like you are being offered a higher variant now just upgrade it and try to get limit enhancement every 6 months, they might pre approve you diners black in some time , also try to talk to your rm and keep amb high that will increase your chance of getting a good card
i just booked a 7 lakhs fd for diners club black and i am told that i will be charged 5000 rs annual fee. but i remember seeing here on dd about somebody saying it will be ltf for fd cards. is it true?
for how much time did you booked the fd for ?

Fill the form in citi netbanking. Person would come to collect form with pan n id check and signed form in front of his eyes. Basically everything like credit card application minus credit n income check.
My life Time free Hdfc regalia first card with limit 3.9L is due for renewal I’m Aug 2020…I mailed them to upgrade the card to life Time free infinia or diners black saying that my Juniors with lower salary are getting regalia and there is less rewards in regalia first..
They replied to download the card upgrade form and fill it along with one request letter…and send to Chennai address with salary and other docs…they said they will review.

What I should do? What I shouldn’t do…will they approve infinia/DCB?
i got an upgrade offer for infinia and imperia netbanking but ignored as it’s not LTF i mostly use amex MR anyway much better than shitty regalia rewards and what bugs me the most is the redemption charge i was not aware of the 2 year RP expiry and forfeited almost 15k points over a few months since i had autopay enabled and didn’t really pay attention to statements and they refused my request to reinstate lost points 
i think you are missing one of the india’s super premium luxury card with 33% accelerated rewards. Tough Luck
Send your docs (salary slip or itr) alongwith limit enhancement form to Chennai add. Don’t expect card upgrade with just 48k limit.
