Need inputs on mattress

Hi all, I know there have been previous threads on this topic but wanted to get feedback on particular mattresses

Can anyone help give suggestions or reviews on below latex mattresses ? Looking for king size bed for use by parents.

Already have wakefit orthopaedic mattress, it is good but generally found temperature control to be a problem sometimes

Please do let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Budget is fine until 20K - 25K if it is worth it.
