Need Mi Water purifier filters availability in Chennai

Need to replace my Mi Water Purifier filters and currently 2/3 filters are out of stock for last 1-2 months in Mi site and local Mi service center saying Water purifier model itself stopped in India 😮
Earlier (last 3yrs) I used to get it from Flipkart and Mi site itself but no stock in FK/Mi site and Amazon ones are not trustworthy so checking if anyone in Chennai using Mi Smart Water Purifier and any info if their local Mi service center have any stock/filters purchased recently in last 1month?
Tried their helpline number but no use as they keep redirecting to local area service center
