Not able to add cards to new PayPal accounts…same error in all that not able to link try again..
changed mobile
changed card
changed account…
every thing is fresh nd unused still dont know where i m doing mistake… plz help

Does ICICI Pockets virtual card work on PayPal ? If yes, then as a credit or debit card ?

Confirm email and mobile number linked to paypal through confirmation link in the email and OTP received on the registered number respectively.
Then try to add card in the paypal account. Visa cards sometimes do nautanki while verification whereas mastercard gets verified very often.
