Need offer screenshot of CRED and BOB 10% cashback offer

I made shopping in CRED using BOB credit card from Sep21 to Dec21 when there was 10% cashback offer.
I didn’t receive cashbacks till today, so I logged a complaint and CRED is asking for proofs.
Any one who has taken screenshots or any link to the offer in web, kindly share.

I got the screenshot, I generally take it as a precautionary measure and because of bitter experience. Yes, I informed them why customer should go through all these pains if you and your partner bank sponsered the offer, let’s see.
Govt should make a rule that only instant cashbacks should be allowed, cashbacks after 90 days are just eyewash
That’s true, who can track such cashbacks for such long times? CCs should provide provision for that cashback instantly and credit should be done after cooling period.

Ask them to check internally as the onus is not on the customer. Yes, there was an offer. Minimum purchase was Rs. 1000. I had availed the offer and struggled to get the cashback, wasted a lot of time, followed up with multiple reps. Finally got. I clearly told them to keep the cashback as I didn’t want to waste anymore time.
