“Samsung” Go offline & compare the back side of samsung & LG, offline sales person will explain & demonstrate you better why samsung is superior these days in refrigerators & washing machines.

Ignore brands (just keep Chinese Haier out)
look for technical specs.
1) width vs depth. If you have wider space get a wider unit. That way you can organize contents easily compared to a narrow one with long depth.
2) size of family 4 people 250-300 ltrs, 6 people 400 ltrs, 2 people 250 ltrs.
3) look for a unit with sensor instead of thermostat. Sensors are more accurate.
4) buy with max star rating since it influences your elec bill each month. Usually sensors are in higher star units.
5) if you are the freezer guy who stuffs any thing from meat to fish to McCain to 3 months of green peas go for a larger freezer unit.
6) if you are the fresh pure veg type then go for a multi mode unit. Like mine with a dial converts deep freezer compartment to fridge mode.

Using 253ltrs 3* refrigerator from Samsung for past 4 yrs. No issues till date. Bought offline. Dont know why but fridge prices always seems to be better offline than online in those days. Not sure about now.

Preffered brand samsung whirlpool LG Voltas

Do buy stabilizer although ppl will suggest not to.. Spending additional 1500 will give peace to mind…
