NEED REFURBISHED CORPORATE LAPTOPS / CPUs

Hello friends,

Myself Rajan from Chennai. 
Recently we all see, many online sellers or shops selling refurbished Laptops & CPU that are previously used in Corporate.
For Chennai - There is ritchie street where shops are filled with these recently & any online sellers too.

Now, I wanted to know, Which is the best place or Who is the best seller for thee kinds of items.
I know, people working in Dell/Hp had access to these corporate laptops  when they come out for sale.
I had one of my uncle working with Dell produtcs, so he used to get me Laptops at Very reasonable rates for such high end laptops. Now he has moved out of dell and out of city too. So i have no such options now.

Can any of the Dimers have such access & can get me 2 laptops or atleast one (for my sister office WFH)..

Any suggestions & ideas are welcomed and respected.
