Saffola Aura Refined Olive and Flaxseed Oil, 2 L https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07G3K7Y1Y/ref=cm_sw_r...

This oil has 80% Olive oil and 20% Flaxseed Oil. Afaik, flaxseed oil are not meant for cooking (because of low smoking point), but the pack says oil can be used for cooking.
Anyone knowledgeable to share his opinion/knowledge/experience on the same?
