Hello ❤️..
My height is 162CM.. 25+ year old but my weight is still 35/36KG. I don’t drink milk because of cough because of it .
Please suggest me diet plan for weight gain with schedule and time. Like what to eat when to do.

Visit a Nutritionist/dietitian..they will help you with the schedule considering your allergies

Maybe you need to visit a doctor/physician first because 35kgs is way way too less considering your age/height flushed
Also in case it’s just the metabolism/intake that’s causing it then maybe give a bit more info like what’s your average day like, meaning to say how much of physical work, sports, you do; Gaining/Losing weight for normal person is simple math: |Intake-Outtake|=gain/loss

If you cannot afford a dietician, gain some knowledge about quantified nutrition.

Basically you’ll have to take calorie surplus diet to gain weight. Increase your protien intake and do some physical activities. And most importantly drink lots of water.

Just take peanut butter with everything you eat. Then see the results in 2-3 months. People often don’t realise how much calories those ketchupy like things have.

Adding to above, metabolism and genes are excuses. Weight gain = intake > ouput. Doesn’t matter how fast your metabolism is, if you take 1000 calories more than you need every day, you will gain 3-4 kg/ month.

, morning oats + eggs khao , boiled potato lo ,
home workout kro , if u can afford then mass gainer b lo .
ek weight machine lelo , diet lo or fir every 15 days ke bad weight check kro

Dude, you way underweight.
Eat more – More Fats, Protein and Carbs also.
I used to be 48-50 till my age 30 with height of 170 cm.
Then increased upto 70kg
Now back to 52-54kg
So everything is possible !
