Got my b12 levels checked, it's 89 which means m deficit.

Need to fulfill my b12 body requirement.

Looking for vegan suppliment or source for it. (I drink very less milk, like once or twice in a quater)

Any suggestion is appreciated. Not too fancy/costly.

Note - m pure veg and alergic to zincovot.

Checked bacosule/z but it is non veg.

Should i look for b12 suppliment only or b complex ?

I wasn't aware about vegan brands since I usually use injections or cyanocobalamin tablets. But on Google search, Well Being ki strips sahi lag rahi hai. Vegan bhi hai aur oral strips hai to bioavailability(proportion of actual drug available to body) bhi jyaada hoga. Aur nanotech based hai so absorption bhi better hoga. I am using vitamin D supplement based on nanotech.

Buy QNT Daily Vitamins Capsules. I am using them. I am also a pure veg man, and these capsules are vegetarian only so not a problem for you as well.

Looks good but a bit costly cry

Yes but those who used say it's the most effective formulation. You must try it once and then get b12 measured to see how it works. Later you can try other types also

Hmm I know people recommend buying generics left and right, but little do they know about the manufacturing processes of the generic brands. By no means I am saying that expensive brands will always be better. But if the absolute difference is not significant (for you it would be 165 for mankind, 75 for suggested one - 90) I would buy better known brand.

Kabhi kabhi to lagta hai medical industry loot rahi hai sabko

Cheap test se logo ko attract karo aur fir report me deficiency nikal do.

Fir patient karte raho doctor aur medicine me kharcha.

Take Supradyn every single day

I can swear on SUPRADYN (ROCHE)
last 35-40 years I drink 2 pegs Bourbon or scotch whisky daily. Iam a vegeterian (not even egg) but do take cheese, milk ,curd, yoghurt, buttermilk etc .
Supradyn keeps me going strong. if I stop for more than a week , i can feel the pain in my legs . you can not go wrong with Supradyn. Anything that is sold as a food supplement (read over priced ) is absolute crap in my humble opinion.only big pharma inspected by US FDA for manf process. no other cottage industry crap co's pharma out of himamchal.😌

" Allergic  to zincvat " or  to  zinc  . Check that .

As i am also to zinc .like  plain becosules is ok , but  with the ones  zinc  added i  am allergic .

Cybocalamine  b12  is easily absorbed

Basically . B12  is from  non veg  source only .

God knows  what  they  sell in  Veg capsules name
Eat  Raw Carrots, Raw Beetroot ,  Spinach  ,Raw  Sprouts  , dahi ,  Paneer , Drumsticks , Morianga  (Drumstick) leaves etc .
Vegetable  b12 capsules are highly doubtful  and  overpriced .Try Patanjali to check if it works.

Tried patanjali 6-8 months ago ( in a swiggy instamart loot grimacing), i doubt that it had any effect on my body.

Found some vegan sources-
Wellbeing strips, healthkart strips, patanjali nutrela b12.

I decided to visit doc before taking b12, as i also have high uric acid so if i start taking b12 on my own it may further increase uric.

If you eat  dals .
Cooking  them  in a  vessel  other than  pressure  cooker will be  helpful.  As you  can remove the  foam  that  develops  during  cooking  dals . That  foam  adds  to  uric acid  . So see if you can cook without pressure cooker
