1. BOB or IndusInd offers 10% CB upto 50 on Amazon.
2. Axis Ace - 5% unlimited CB on Gpay bill payments.
3. Payzapp - 5% CB upto 30
4. Airtel wallet - Rs.20 CB
5. Bajaj Finserv - 10% CB upto Rs.75

Actually adding money to Airtel wallet ( if min kyc done) counts it as Airtel transaction and gives 25% cashback up to 300

As the OP wanted to know the rewards for cylinder booking, I have mentioned this and this comes under utilities. The one you are referring is for other category and it is manufactured spend as well. If it works, not sure how long it will continue as bank may reverse this kind of cashback later in future if/when they realise.
