Need suggestion on train ticket booking

I think the cheapest one is the UPI incase of train tickets.

I was also thinking of this some days back.

Specify the credit and debit cards you have then the DD experts can make a good suggestion.

Amazon charge 40-50rs agent fee, so profitable if you need to book ticket > 2500rs.
I think the cheapest way:

• for tickets <1500 => upi
• for tickets between 1500-2500 => prepaid card (via which you can take 1% on money load, like icici card on payzapp, or junio)
• For tickets > 2500, via amazon

If anyone book train ticket frequently then some IRCTC specific credit card will be a better choice

Get az gv at 5% using sbi cb card and book ticket via that.

Check Redbus -> RedRail..they have some offers for first time booking

It is not traceable. Some says 90 days some says 30 days. All on the Mercy of HDFC

We cannot Smartbuy to buy Sr. Citizen/Ladies quota. Also have issues while cancelling tickets. Always need to contact travel desk via email for cancellation. However it is still best among others for 5% cashback in case of normal tickets

Unable to use tata neu card while checking out via UPI. Both Gpay and Paytm rejected the transactions

Can we buy mmt gv from Amazon on 5 % discount and use mmt website for train booking???

Buying mmt gv from Amazon at 5% discount through SBI cashback cc 5% cashback overall benefit around 10%.

And I am going banglore from Surat Gujarat. No tickets is there from Surat so doing booking from jodhpur. Not going to visit jodhpur just for ticket purpose.
