https://www.flipkart.com/woomzy-mini-hand-free-... We recently experience power outage & my kid was so irritated by the heat it was very painful to watch.

Hence, looking at few budget options. If anybody already used/using kindly suggest your options/reviews of same.

Saw some on amazon/fk 10out of 5 products reviews are very bad & finally saw a product with decent review feel like it's mostly paid one as all of bronze, gold reviewer, tech guru has rated it 5star. Below is product link of same -

i bought DP 7611 3 yrs back in amazon. Still working good. 1 year before i changed battery, which cost around 250 Rs,

1 hour backup in fast mode, 2 hour in slow.

Bro I have this:

https://www.amazon.in/Hoteon-Aromatherapy-Power...

using if needed for the past 1+ year. Fan is good and gives good air as per size if kept close.

My main lookout was for a fan which can run on USB, we don't have much power outage, maybe once in 1 month in the summers. No outage during winters. In this scenario, we won't ever recharge the fan and it would be of no use during an outage. We do have power banks always handy and charged. Was a great decision. Doesn't use much power too.

If your location has frequent power cuts, then inverter might be a better and obvious choice.

These portable fans are mostly "chinese" (maybe not literally).

Correct. Probably these are good for places where power outages are not frequent, hence inverter is not relevant.
