You mean Amazon staff.. I know that they're nowadays very insincere and lazy and most of the time do inappropriate packing esp for fragile items. Handling is also 50-50.

if you want to buy redmi phones, you can buy from their own site. it is more reliable than any seller from AZ/FK etc.,
