hdfc regalia rupay will give you decent reward points and also there is milestone benefits

These are the supported banks as of now. And in HDFC only Regalia seems to support as of now. Moneyback+ comes in Rupay variant which isn't working for me and Co-branded cards Tata Neu also come in Rupay too but I'm not aware if they are supported or not.

UPI limit is 1 lakh per day except few selected merchants limit is 2 lakhs.

On receipt of your email, we note that you seek for card upgrade from existing Visa IOCL co brand card ending 1854 to Rupay card. We regret to convey that we are unable to accede your request for card conversion to Rupay card currently as per the internal criteria of the bank. We would like to mention that the same is not in isolation to your card account but is followed as a standard procedure across all customers.
Further, we wish to inform you that currently the conversion process of existing card to Rupay variant cards has been stopped currently. We request you to continue usage on your credit card and provide us more opportunities to be of service to you.

Yes, its not surprizing. HDFC bank already know, after RuPay credit card link UPI officially launch approx everyone start sending RuPay conversion request. 😀
Earlier, HDFC bank also stopped RuPay Regalia conversion but very few lucky people got RuPay Regalia after UPI linking started.
Try through HDFC bank phone banking number or you will need to wait few months.
