I really don't know the current allowed limit for apay balance that can be used for LIC... paid 40k months ago without any issues...
Another option is neu bill pay using neu infinity CC for 5%... (not sure of limit)

I had paid 22K insurance in one go using apay vouchers on amazon app. There is no such limit. Still for being safe. Buy and add 3-4 vouchers of 10K and check are you allowed to use balance. If not then dont buy rest.

On Amazon Pay, For Insurance, I guess the limit is 1 Lac, also many dimers reported here that they were able to do more than 1 Lac transaction on one shot as well.
The 10K limit is most probably for the Electricity bill payment.

The 10K limit is for buying AGV not for payments. I guess the limit is 1Lakh per day payment for insurance.
