Need to Return Laptop bought from Flipkart

I know I should actually post this in consumer forum group but I am at my wit's end. I bought a laptop from FK for 41k on 5th April. It turned out to be defective, so I raised a replacement request. The technician visit and other necessities got over by 7th April but FK took a month to process and deliver the replacement. By that time I had left the place (where the defective laptop was sealed and kept). Moreover, I had to invest 15k in upgrading and repairing my old laptop because I needed one for my professional work.
The story now is that FK acknowledged their mistake of delayed replacement processing and went ahead with Refund. But their backend team has raised the refund request twice and cancelled it too due to seller's policy and s***. They have been playing this game of giving new deadlines for resolution for 2 weeks now (1 month actually if you count the days where they were just sleeping on my replacement request). What shall I do? I actually want a refund because I will have to travel 2000kms just to get the replacement laptop.

same thing happened in my case. got laptop delivered on 21st april keyboard was defective. Replacement option was available but it gave an error while placing replacement request. Now they have asked to wait till 17th may for resolution. Anyone what should b done. any higher authority mail iD?

Same thing happened with me, i can't tell how frustrated i was. After raising request more than 10 times and complaining in consumer forum, i got refund in almost 2 months

On 25th April 2023, I ordered Samsung Mobile and they didn't even deliver for 11 days they were just extending the delivery date to the next day and the next day likewise for 11 days and also told me to place a new order and at that time price was high so I told them I won't pay that much then they told me to cancel or we will cancel. I also asked them to pay me a Gift Card for a difference amount ,they denied it and said we don't have any compensation policy! CHEAP TACTICS OF FLIPKART/SCAM


FLIPKART IS MAHACHOR!


Buy Only when you are confident and buy only from CREDIT CARD as there is a Chargeback feature which you can easily claim and get the refund!

I prefer purchasing from Amazon, even if flipkart offering a better price , bcz if you get some trouble you will waste much more time and energy than the money you saved...hope you get your  money

if paid via credit card initiate a chargeback txn.

if they are defective, you can instantly return 

i trust a person selling in front of me more than a website whose customer care ignore me

No they will say it's company defect,  contact company to get it fixed..

Had the exact same thing in 2017 when they took a month to replace a defective product even after everything was checked and done in first 3 days. ( Authorized store service center guy came and checked, he also talked to flipkart support on call and provided me with all paperwork they asked. Later flipkart started saying their own engineer will come to check, who never did)

After a month of calls and emails I just called them and told them to cancel replacement and asked them to send all the copies of my call recordings and email communication with them.

Got the replacement the next day without any verification of the old laptop.

Have not brought anything expensive from them since then.

first, note that case no

call customer care

directly tell them to transfer to their head manager stating the call got disconnected 

when you get on a call with the HM tell him you are having financial issues due to a job environment change and had to relocate and for the same, you bought the defective laptop so had to return it to Flipkart and end up having to upgrade the existing one on a credit card because of the relocation expense. Start the loyal Flipkart card I have been using Flipkart for XX years and never faced such problems always got a refund within 14 days what is this? Please close this matter in the next week or so also take my feedback regarding this issue and put it in an email so I'm aware that higher-ups are informed regarding my case as this has nothing to do with me but I'm still suffering financially. Get this resolved and revert me by email if any additional information is required
